House Repiping FAQs
What areas do you serve for house repiping?
We're based in Houston's Third Ward, near the University of Houston, and serve Midtown, Montrose, the Museum District, and the surrounding Houston neighborhoods.
What are the signs my home needs repiping?
Low water pressure, rusty or discolored water, frequent leaks, and old galvanized pipes are the biggest signs that a home is due for repiping.
Do you offer whole-house and partial repiping?
Yes. We do full-house repipes as well as partial repiping, depending on what your home actually needs.
What pipe materials do you use — PEX or copper?
We install PEX, copper, and CPVC systems and will recommend the best fit for your home and budget. All repiping is done to code.
How much does a repipe cost and how long does it take?
It depends on the size of the home, the pipe material, and whether it's a full or partial repipe. We assess your home and give you a clear quote and timeline before any work begins.
Do you repipe gas lines too, or only water lines?
Both. We handle water and gas line repiping for Houston homes.
Do you charge a diagnostic or service-call fee?
We charge a diagnostic fee to come out and assess the job. If you then hire us to do the work, that fee is applied to the cost of the job — so when we do the work, you effectively don't pay a separate diagnostic charge. Your technician explains all costs upfront.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, major credit and debit cards, Zelle, and CashApp.
How do I get a repiping quote?
Call (713) 659-7669 or use the Book Appointment button at the top of this page. We've been a family-owned, licensed and insured Houston plumber since 1955.
